It is with deep regret that we inform you of the sad passing of Lynne. Please click here for a short statement.

Legal 500 describes Lynne as "very experienced," and the team she leads as "pragmatic, sensible and extremely knowledgeable." Chambers and Partners recommends Lynne for being valued by clients for being "clear in her communications, prompt in her responses and straightforward and pragmatic in her advice".

Lynne focuses her practice on international and domestic engineering and construction and infrastructure projects.

She advises on procurement strategies; drafting and negotiating forms of contract, appointments and other related project documentation to ensure that the construction documentation reflects what has been agreed; and distributes risk and potential reward in accordance with the parties' intentions, sometimes drafting project-specific documentation, sometimes tailoring industry standard forms to suit the parties' needs. Lynne also provides a project counsel service through the duration of a project's development phase and handles contentious work. She has considerable experience in handling complex engineering and construction disputes, and dealing with litigation, arbitration, adjudication and other methods of alternative dispute resolution.

Lynne also acts for UK developers and funders involved in developing and building hotels, offices, hospitals, manufacturing facilities, secure facilities and various other projects.
