Legal 500 describes Lynne as "very experienced," and the team she leads as "pragmatic, sensible and extremely knowledgeable." Lynne focuses her practice on international and domestic engineering and construction and infrastructure projects.
She advises on procurement strategies; drafting and negotiating forms of contract, appointments and other related project documentation to ensure that the construction documentation reflects what has been agreed; and distributes risk and potential reward in accordance with the parties' intentions, sometimes drafting project-specific documentation, sometimes tailoring industry standard forms to suit the parties' needs.
