In more than twenty years' practice, Mao Rong has advised US and European multinational companies on foreign direct investment in China, business operations, employment, advertising and sponsorship, product liability, customer complaints and intellectual property protections.
Prior to joining the firm, Mao Rong worked at Eastman Kodak Company as an in-house corporate counsel for more than 10 years. Mao Rong has experience of all kinds of legal issues relating to the day-to-day business operations of multinationals in China. Mao Rong has advised clients on setting up and implementing corporate governance and compliance programs in China, conducting legal training, and establishing internal control programs as well as managing locally the company’s worldwide merger and acquisition projects and transactions.
