Maria is a member of the Financial Industries Group. She defends clients in both complex commercial and financial services litigation matters. She focuses on class action, unfair competition and business practices, false advertising, fraud, and breach of contract claims. She also represents clients in complex construction litigation matters.

In addition, Maria’s experience includes a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity, corporate formation and governance, and other general corporate representation.

Maria maintains a strong pro bono practice, including acting as counsel for several non-profit organizations.
