Mark is a partner in the General Shipping Group working principally for Owners and Charterers, P&I Clubs, Management Companies, Brokers and Ship Finance Banks. Whereas Mark has very extensive experience in charterparty, bills of lading/cargo and MOA disputes, be they by way of Commercial Court, arbitration (London or International) or mediation, he has established particular expertise in the areas of Shipbuilding, Off-shore/Oil/Gas (primarily FPSO Production and Services Contracts, Drilling Contracts, Supply Contracts negotiation and litigation) and Financial Restructurings for Ship Finance Banks, advising on a very wide range of both contentious and non-contentious issues in these three areas.
Mark focuses on the German, Scandinavian, Cypriot, Greek and South American markets.
