Mark is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation Group. He was formerly the co-chair of the Antitrust/Unfair Competition Group of Anderson Kill & Olick, P.C. and was also a member of the firm’s Ethics Committee and Chairman of its Evaluation Committee. He has practiced for over twenty-five years in the area of corporate and commercial litigation.
Mark has extensive experience in trials and arbitrations as well as appellate work. He has handled matters in diverse areas including securities, anti-trust, contracts, accounting and attorney malpractice, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, employment discrimination, environmental, trademark and product liability.
He has prosecuted and defended securities actions, including class actions, involving claims by both shareholders and bondholders throughout his career.
He frequently lectures and writes on litigation topics.
