May qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2008 and joined the Corporate department of the firm. She joined the firm in 2006 as a trainee and worked in the Litigation, Intellectual Property and Corporate departments. She has experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity work, initial public offerings and general commercial work.
