Mélanie is an Associate in the Employment and Labor Group of our Paris office. She joined the labor and employment team in May 2006 before their arrival at Reed Smith in April 2010.

She assists clients of the department on their key issues in social law and the daily management of their teams. More particularly, she regularly deals with restructuring, collective redundancies for economic reasons and employee savings. She works closely with the corporate team on major issues of acquisition or equity participation (eg audits, information and consultation of employee representatives). She holds a specialized Master in Law and International Management from HEC and prepares each year lectures on hot legal and HR topics for students of this master.
