Meredith concentrates her practice on intellectual property issues. Her experience includes advising clients in matters relating to trademark, unfair competition, infringement and anti-counterfeiting. She assists clients in developing and maintaining their intellectual property rights, both foreign and domestic, with special emphasis on trademark clearance and availability, filing and prosecution of trademark applications, opposition proceedings, and trademark infringement.

Meredith is a member of the Social and Digital Media Task Force. She co-authored the Trademarks chapter of the Social Media White Paper entitled "A Legal Guide to the Commercial Risks and Rewards of the Social Media Phenomenon."
