After practicing in both New Hampshire and Harrisburg, Pa., Michael joined the Real Estate group at Reed Smith in 2010. His experience includes handling commercial real-estate-related transactional and land-use matters. Michael has worked on a number of high-profile projects, specifically, establishing a master development plan for the Lower Hill former Civic Arena site, representing a publically traded REIT in connection with a $4 billion merger, assisting an energy company in land acquisitions for multiple gas pipelines and power generation facilities, and obtaining approvals for various multi-unit residential projects throughout the region. Michael has also represented various companies and nonprofits in office, retail and restaurant leasing matters, and in commercial lending transactions.

Michael lives in Regent Square with his partner of 9 years and he enjoys mountain biking, skiing and hiking.
