Mildred is a member of the Life Sciences Health Industry Group, practicing in the area of complex product liability with particular emphasis on medical device, pharmaceutical, public institution, managed care and toxic tort litigation in state and federal courts, including class actions and multidistrict litigations. She also co-leads the firm's Internet of Things Task Force and is a key member of the firm's Artificial Intelligence Working Group, helping companies diagnose the risks and benefits of medical devices and applications connected to healthcare IT systems and other disruptive technologies.
