Nellie is an associate in the Financial Industry Group, practicing in the area of Financial Services Litigation. Nellie’s practice primarily consists of representing financial industry clients in all stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolutions, and particularly in matters involving mutual fund investments, securities lending, Ponzi schemes, derivatives, and mortgage lending and servicing. Nellie also has experience in general commercial litigation, including commercial contract, tort, and statutory claims, intellectual property disputes, antitrust, and internal investigations.
