Nicholas is an Associate in the Financial Industry Group with experience of a wide range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions. Nicholas has represented a number of financial institutions, investment funds, regulators and borrowers on large scale investment and sub-investment grade syndicated loans, leveraged financings and asset/receivables based loans across a number of industry sectors.
Prior to joining Reed Smith Nicholas spent over four years at Addleshaw Goddard where he trained as a solicitor, including a six month secondment to the Hong Kong office of Johnson Stokes & Master and a nine month secondment to Lloyds Banking Group in London. Nicholas has recently completed an eleven month secondment at Barclays.
