Noel is experienced in representing clients in complex commercial and insurance-coverage litigation in state and federal courts across the United States. He focuses his practice on representing policyholders in resolving disputes concerning coverage under general liability, property, and directors and officers insurance--among other types of coverage - by way of litigation, mediation, and arbitration. Noel's representations range from large publicly-traded Fortune 500 corporations to small to mid-market private companies covering industries as diverse as retail, real estate development, private equity investment, and processed food manufacturing. He has published and presented on a wide-range of insurance-coverage issues, including policyholders' notice obligations, insurance coverage for damages resulting from global warming, and kidnapping and ransom insurance. Noel previously worked for several years as a television and print journalist with The News Hour with Jim Lehrer and The Christian Science Monitor and has significant knowledge of risk management and insurance-coverage issues particular to media and publishing companies.
