Katherine is a member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group. She specialises in Commercial Property Litigation, particularly complex landlord and tenant disputes relating to dilapidations, rent and service charge claims and other breaches of covenant. She also acts in conveyancing disputes and in trespass and nuisance cases, together with solicitors' and surveyors' negligence claims arising from property transactions. Katherine has particular experience in insolvency issues in property related matters and advises in recovery actions and upon corporate restructuring.

Katherine resides in Lutterworth, Leicestershire. Her leisure interests include choral singing in a visiting cathedral choir, going to the gym, playing tennis and going to the theatre (subject to babysitter's availability).
