Carolyn specialises in commercial disputes.  Her areas of expertise include:

  • Interim remedies including worldwide freezing orders and anti-suit injunctions
  • Intellectual property and media including trade mark, copyright, breach of confidence, libel, privacy and advertising.  Carolyn’s intellectual property practice includes transactional work as well as litigation
  • Financial services with particular focus on derivatives and letters of credit
  • Energy and commodities disputes.
