• Interim remedies including worldwide freezing orders and anti-suit injunctions
• Intellectual property and media including trade mark, copyright, breach of confidence, libel, privacy and advertising.  Carolyn’s intellectual property practice includes transactional work as well as litigation
• Financial services with particular focus on derivatives and letters of credit
• Energy and commodities disputes.

• Acting for Microsoft on the IP aspects of its high profile acquisition of Lionhead Studios

• Acting for Bunge in respect of a complex multi-jurisdictional FFA dispute

• Defending a worldwide freezing order resulting from alleged non-payment of monies due pursuant to derivative contracts

• Complex brand clearance for the launch of a major new credit card
