Yvonne Yang
Yvonne is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Group, and has a secondary practice in the Real Estate Group. Yvonne is involved in a broad spectrum of corporate transactional practice with a focus on international capital markets transactions, including Rule 144A/Regulation S private placements. Yvonne has extensive experience in real estate capital markets transactions, including acquisition, construction and mezzanine loans for both borrowers and institutional lenders, and the purchase and sale of subordinate debt such as B-Notes and participation interests. Additionally, Yvonne has engaged in various sale-leaseback transactions for commercial properties in both the United States and Europe (primarily in Germany). Yvonne is fluent in written and spoken legal and business Mandarin.
Representative Matters
Represented a significant public syndicator in the investment and management of commercial assets located in the United States and Europe, including the sale, acquisition, net lease, mortgage financing and defeasance.
Represented major financial institutions, publicly traded REITs and private venture funds in the origination and participation of senior and mezzanine debts secured by commercial properties, including portfolios of large-scale full service hotels and assisted living facilities located across the United States.
