For nearly forty years, Dennis' practice has involved all aspects of employee benefits, including collective bargaining, litigation, arbitration and administrative proceedings, with respect to both single-employer and multiemployer plans, as well as the employee benefit implications in plant closings and corporate acquisitions and spinoffs. He has also been involved in the negotiation and structuring of compensation packages for executives, in both employment and termination situations, as well as the more traditional areas of employee benefit practice such as plan design, administration, and fiduciary advice and the somewhat more esoteric areas involving plans of tax-exempt and governmental employers and multiemployer plan withdrawal and restructuring.
