Jamie is a member of the Life Sciences Health Industry Group, practicing in the area of health care regulatory law. Her practice encompasses a wide range of regulatory, litigation, corporate and contractual matters. Jamie works with health care providers, medical device manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies on issues such as fraud and abuse compliance, regulatory due diligence, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, and FDA regulatory compliance. She also helps clients respond to government investigations and conduct their own internal investigations.
