Ken focuses on real estate, tax and partnership law. His corporate clients include a publicly traded high-end supermarket chain, residential and industrial developers, a native American tribe, and numerous investors and users with extensive real estate holdings.
He has represented and counseled his clients with a combined set of skills covering acquisitions, tax deferred exchanges, financing, leasing, and tax planning. He has represented numerous clients in state and federal income tax audits and complex partnership and LLC drafting. His clients look to him as a true counselor.
