Tom has extensive experience in the media industry. Having done his training contract at Richards Butler, as a qualified solicitor in their litigation department, Tom was seconded to the in-house legal team of MTV Networks Europe. He also spent twelve months working in the Intellectual Property Litigation department of the BBC, where he worked with all areas of the organisation, specialising in intellectual property disputes and defamation matters.
