Shana R. Fried
Shana is a member of the Life Sciences Health Industry Group, practicing in the areas of life science and health care transactions and health care regulatory law. In her role as an advisor to life science and health care clients, Shana draws on her health care knowledge to assist hospitals, physician groups, and pharmaceutical companies with their corporate transactional needs. Her practice focuses on corporate governance, transactional and securities matters concerning commercial contracts, and clinical trial agreements, as well as collaboration, consulting, co-promotion and material transfer agreements on behalf of pharmaceutical, biotechnology and other life sciences companies. In addition, she counsels clients on compliance with Medicare and Medicaid rules and regulations, HIPAA requirements, fraud and abuse, and state licensing requirements.
