Interests
Ted is a Bay Area native. He grew up speaking Mandarin Chinese, and picked up Japanese along the way as an exchange student and then as a liasion for the Oita Prefecture Government. Ted loves football, especially his beloved 49ers, but he misses Joe Montana. His annual ritual includes following Cal football and basketball until the inevitable meltdown. He used to ski, play basketball, and golf, until he had two kids – fortunately, they provide him with ample unintentional comedy.
