Kevin is a member of the Life Sciences Health Industry Group, practicing in the area of product liability litigation. He specializes in representing medical device and pharmaceutical companies involved in complex product liability litigation. Since joining Reed Smith, Kevin has taken and defended a countless amount of depositions, appeared for and argued motions, and has written a broad range of documents including pre-trial motions, mediation briefs, and case evaluations. Additionally, Kevin has first chair bench trial experience, as well as being a member of the trial teams in two mass tort litigations involving two separate pharmaceutical companies.
