Meghan is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Group in Reed Smith’s San Francisco office. Her practice focuses on ediscovery analysis and technology, complex commercial litigation and pharmaceutical product liability litigation. She has experience in all aspects of litigation, including interviews and investigations in anticipation of litigation, discovery, and pre-trial motion practice.
Meghan is a member of the firm’s ediscovery team and has managed discovery in a number of complex cases. She has counselled clients on a variety of ediscovery issues, including litigation readiness, preservation, collection, review and production of electronic documents. Meghan has led a number of discovery and document review teams in the analysis of potentially responsive documents and data and has led multiple teams dedicated exclusively to the review, analysis and protection of potentially privileged and confidential proprietary information.
In addition, Meghan has an active pro bono practice in which she represents clients on a variety of issues, such as civil rights, non-profit administration, tax, asylum and children’s rights.
