Marc maintains a complex commercial litigation practice that focuses on a variety of commercial and securities litigation matters. Specifically, Marc has experience in contract litigation, securities litigation, regulatory and administrative proceedings, fraud and asset recovery, business torts, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, products liability, pharmaceutical litigation, and financial services litigation. In addition, Marc’s experience includes business disputes involving health care facilities and arrangements with physicians, such as joint ventures, physician recruitment, practice acquisitions, employment agreements, and covenants not-to-compete.
