Amanda Tao has a very strong background in foreign investment areas.
Having been a licensed lawyer in a leading PRC firm for five years and then a senior associate in a US firm for three years, Amanda has a large amount of experience in foreign direct investment, M&A and cross-border transactions, covering major aspects of foreign investment, such as establishment and regulatory compliance. The clients Amanda has served include many multi-national clients including hi-tech, pharmaceutical, motorcycle, steel, automobile, cosmetics, logistics, trading, real estate, investment banks, consulting service, etc.
Amanda also helps Chinese companies in their outbound investments and she is experienced in RTO and PIPE transactions.
