Katherine Yang
Katherine has gained extensive experience in representing clients in foreign direct investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, compliance matters, and other general corporate matters from her role as in-house counsel at a large state-owned company and as a lawyer practising in international law firms for over six years. Katherine also has experience in handling CIETAC arbitrations. The clients Katherine has served include multi-nationals and Chinese companies engaging in retails, advertising, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, value-added telecom services, heavy equipment industry, financial services, oil and gas, etc.
Katherine has also worked on some of the groundbreaking renewable energy projects and Clean Development Mechanism (“CDM”) Projects in China.
