Tom is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation Group.  He has experience handling matters involving commercial breach of contract, fraud, and other tort claims for a variety of the firm's clients, including those in the manufacturing, energy, financial, newspaper and media, and non-profit sectors.  He has also briefed appellate matters in both state and federal courts.
