Anthony S. Traymore
Anthony provides strategic counsel and transactional support in connection with initiatives involving technology, advertising and media (and the convergence of these sectors) to global and domestic clients across many industries, including media & entertainment, financial services, insurance, retail, consumer brands and hospitality. Anthony is a member of the firm’s Social and Digital Media Task Force and co-authored the Advertising & Marketing chapter of the Social Media White Paper entitled "A Legal Guide to the Commercial Risks and Rewards of the Social Media Phenomenon." Anthony advises many of the firm's top clients across a broad spectrum of technology-related deals including:
- Digital content distribution and licensing and related audio-visual broadcasting initiatives across all media
- Information technology, business process and CRM outsourcing agreements (domestic, off-shore and near shore)
- Social media services, virtual reality platforms and MMORPGs
- Advertising, branding, marketing and sponsorships
- User-generated content ingestion, distribution and syndication
- Service agreements involving regulated industries such as mortgage lending and loan modification

- Product and application development and joint ventures/strategic alliances

- E-commerce, electronic payment solutions, electronic trading platforms and e-banking

Anthony regularly writes, lectures and presents on current and emerging issues and trends in the areas set forth above and frequently provides related commentary and opinion for leading industry analysts.
