Alex advises on all aspects of commercial property law, with a particular focus on acting for corporate real estate occupiers. His clients come from a variety of sectors including finance (acting for various hedge funds and other financial institutions), industry, IT, travel, leisure, and health & life sciences. In particular, Alex has extensive experience of handling lease negotiations on behalf of corporate occupiers, having dealt with a number of office leases in London and beyond. Alex regularly provides advice on the property aspects of large-scale corporate transactions and, having acted for a major train-operating company for a number of years, has an understanding and appreciation of the rail regulatory system.
