Interests
Some would say John peaked early. In 1958, at the age of thirteen, John was the "World's Youngest Disc Jockey", jointly hosting a nightly rock and roll show with Herb Alpert -- later of Tijuana Brass fame and co-founder of A & M Records. Since then John has accumulated an extraordinary collection of more than 30,000 vinyl recordings and is not often stumped by trivia questions concerning 1950's and early 1960's music.
