Rose L. Standifer
Rose is an associate in Reed Smith’s San Francisco office and is a member of the firm’s Environmental team within the Global Regulatory Enforcement Group. Her practice focuses on environmental law and renewable energy and covers litigation, regulatory compliance, permitting and transactional matters. She has experience representing clients in connection with a wide variety of both Federal and California environmental law claims, including CERCLA, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, NEPA, CEQA, Proposition 65, toxic tort and environmental insurance claims. She regularly advises clients on their obligations and compliance strategies with regards to Federal, state and local environmental, health and safety regulations. Rose also has experience representing renewable energy clients in supply and service transactions.
