James Neudecker
James' practice focuses on product liability and commercial litigation. Since joining Reed Smith, James has worked on a number of single-plaintiff, class action and coordinated cases. He has worked for a variety of clients, including multiple pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, manufacturers of industrial products, insurance companies and financial institutions. James has been involved in all aspects of litigation for these clients, including managing all phases of discovery, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and trial preparation.
