David is a partner in Reed Smith’s Financial Industry Group. His practice focuses on secured lending, equipment leasing, asset and entity acquisitions and sales, and facility and project finance. David's experience includes financing transaction work related to transportation equipment, wind and solar equipment, manufacturing equipment and facilities. He has worked extensively in both the big ticket and middle market areas of the equipment finance industry, and has represented lenders, lessors, borrowers, lessees and brokers.

David has been named a Northern California Super Lawyer by San Francisco Magazine, and named to the Best Lawyers in America list (Structured Finance).
