Philip advises public listed and private companies, financial institutions and state owned entities on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions and regulatory matters, including public and private M&A, private equity, joint ventures, fund raising, corporate and securities law issues and large commercial contracts. He has significant experience of advising on complex cross-border transactions.
