Acting for Commercial Estates Group on a number of strategic land/regeneration projects including Kirkstall Forge, Leeds. This is a 65-acre site brown field industrial site when developed the site will include over 1,300 new homes, 178,000 square feet of offices, support facilities including bars, restaurants, health and fitness, a riverside hotels and the preservation of an existing Grade II listed Forge building. In addition to construction and real estate issues, we have been involved in negotiations with the rail authorities for the construction of an intermodal terminal to link the site to Leeds City Centre.

This is a major town centre redevelopment which will incorporate a supermarket, multi-screen cinema, conference centre, various A3 uses, health and fitness, hotel and two towers of residential apartments.

The proposed redevelopment comprised over 4m square feet.
