New Free Legal Justice Center in Downtown Oakland

Starting this week, the City of Oakland will have a new free "Legal Justice Center" to serve the needs of indigent and low-income individuals in the East Bay. The 501(c)(3) non-profit will be housed in the newly constructed landmark Cathedral of Christ the Light complex in Downtown Oakland, and will offer its services on a non-discriminatory, non-exclusive basis, irrespective of religious beliefs.
