Euna Kim is a commercial litigator resident in our San Francisco office and has a diverse practice ranging from pre-litigation counseling, trial and class action defense, and appellate advocacy. Euna has successfully litigated hundreds of matters for financial services companies, large and small, and for Bay-area based technology companies in licensing disputes, breach of contract disputes and class action defense. In addition to her litigation work, Euna also regularly counsels Bay-area start-ups and more established companies in pre-litigation disputes with an eye towards resolution. Euna regularly appears in both state and federal courts in California, and in Hawaii, where she is also licensed to practice. Euna is the resident Hawaii practitioner for the firm’s clients across the globe.
