Euna is a member of the firm's commercial litigation practice.  Euna represents technology companies and financial institutions in individual and class actions ranging from consumer litigation involving unfair business practices and commercial disputes.  Euna has represented officers, directors, and corporations in state, federal, appellate and arbitration proceedings in a wide range of matters.  Euna also devotes much of her practice to financial services industry matters, including representing mortgage lenders and servicers in statutory and common law claims arising out of alleged predatory lending practices, unfair business practices and breach of contract claims.  Euna has obtained dismissals and summary judgment awards for dozens of financial institution client matters.
