Dick has been a general commercial litigator throughout his career, with an emphasis for more than a decade on a national complex product liability litigation practice. He heads Reed Smith's long-established relationship as national counsel for a Fortune 100 manufacturing and service company. Dick's practice includes the resolution or trial of high risk automotive crashworthiness, toxic tort and building systems disputes throughout North America. He practices in both trial and appellate federal and state courts in numerous jurisdictions and has represented clients at AAA and other arbitrations.
