Bob, who concentrates his practice in general civil litigation, leads the firm's construction team and has extensive experience as a trial lawyer. He regularly represents major corporations and construction companies in complicated construction disputes, large environmental and remedial construction cases, complex commercial matters, and alternative dispute resolution procedures. Throughout his career, Bob has been focused on infrastructure, manufacturing, industrial and commercial construction, coal, gas, and other energy projects such as wind, solar and nuclear.

He is a frequent speaker at seminars on construction issues, including the Pennsylvania Bar Institute Construction Industry Symposium. Bob was contributing author to "Proving and Pricing Construction Claims," Second Edition, John Wiley & Sons, Inc. (1996) and “Legal Strategies for the Construction Industry,” Aspatore Books (2005).
