Roxanne is a member of the Life Sciences Health Industry Group.  She has over 30 years of experience litigating product liability, employment and complex commercial matters.

Over the course of her career, Roxanne has represented top tier pharmaceutical companies in a wide range of litigation matters in federal and state courts as national, regional and local counsel.  She has tried complex pharmaceutical cases in California and other jurisdictions. 

She has also represented major products manufacturers in a wide range of litigation matters, including personal injury and toxic tort litigation. 

Roxanne has provided ongoing advice to and has successfully represented employers in numerous employment-related law suits.  She has conducted workplace investigations for corporate clients as well as annual audits to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations governing the work place.  She has conducted training seminars for clients' human resources personnel and in-house counsel, as well as for lawyers and staff in her law firm.  She serves as employment counsel to her firm in California.

She has litigated class actions involving employee misclassification issues, wage and hour laws, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and unfair business practices and false advertising under California Business and Professions Code Section 17200 for clients engaged in a variety of businesses.
