Sara is an associate in the London Corporate Group and advises clients on cross-border corporate and commercial transactions.
She has particular experience assisting Chinese, French and UK companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and corporate governance issues, as well as UK company secretarial matters.
Sara is a member of the global Reed Smith China Team and has been on secondment to the Beijing and Hong Kong offices where she worked closely with clients based in South-East Asia. She has also spent time in the legal department of Barclays Bank and Tesco Plc.
Her practice also includes advising on general commercial transactions such as distribution, licensing or consultancy arrangements for a range of industry clients in the pharmaceutical/ Biotech and life sciences sector.
