Scott is a member of the Financial Industry Group, practicing in the area of Commercial Restructuring & Bankruptcy.  Scott concentrates part of his practice in commercial finance.  He primarily represents banks, commercial finance companies, and other institutional lenders.  Scott counsels clients with respect to commercial lending, asset-based financing, secured transactions, acquisition financing and purchases and sales of distressed and par bank debt, equity and bankruptcy claims.

Scott also represents institutional lenders, secured creditors, trade creditors, creditor's committees, and lessors in workouts, restructurings, foreclosures and bankruptcies throughout the country. He has experience in documenting forbearance credit transactions as well as counselling creditors on the exercise of state court remedies, including issues relating to Revised Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
