Seth is counsel in the Financial Industry Group of Reed Smith. He has extensive experience representing clients in securities, banking and other complex commercial litigation. He has represented institutions and individuals in state and federal courts, before regulatory bodies, and in internal investigations in matters involving mortgage securitization, anti-money laundering, derivatives, commercial and real estate lending, and securities offerings. Seth's experience includes a clerkship for the Honorable Boyce F. Martin, Jr., Chief Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and a one-year secondment to the Global Banking and Markets litigation group at Bank of America in New York.
