Shana is a senior associate in the Life Sciences Transactions Group, practicing in the areas of life science and health care transactions and health care regulatory law. In her role as an advisor to life science and health care clients, Shana draws on her knowledge to assist research institutions, CROs, pharmaceutical and biotech companies, and clinical logistics providers with their general corporate matters, operational matters as well as transactional matters. She advises life sciences clients on general corporate matters relating to private offerings, mergers, acquisitions, financing, entity formation and corporate governance as well as supply chain operations and clinical trial agreements. Shana assists clients in drafting and negotiating industry specific agreements such as manufacture and supply agreements, quality agreements, distribution agreements, research and development agreements, and technology transfer agreements. Shana has represented both public and private companies in complex M&A transactions and has experience with strategic alliances, joint ventures, collaborations (including, co-promotion and co-commercialization), financing and licensing arrangements.
