Tom is a partner in the Corporate & Securities and Finance Groups in the Falls Church office.  He is involved in a diverse practice that includes domestic and international mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures; public and private financings; project financing; venture capital and alternative investments; securities offerings and regulation; and other corporate and financial matters, including general business formation, planning and advice for entities and their owners.

Tom’s legal and private sector business experience enables him to assist a diverse base of clients with complex transactions, as well as serve as practical legal advisor for day-day business matters.  He has provided practical legal advice in the above-mentioned areas, as well as matters of commercial lending, leasing, antitrust, trade regulation, product sale and distribution, technology and service licensing and outsourcing.
