Travis is a commercial litigator and a member of the Financial Industry Group in the Richmond office. He represents businesses and financial institutions in all types of commercial litigation in state and federal courts throughout Virginia and around the United States with the assistance of local counsel. Travis regularly defends consumer finance claims under the FCRA, the FDCPA, the TCPA, and various other consumer protection acts, among other state and federal statutes. Additionally, Travis regularly represents utility company clients in easement disputes and condemnation matters. Travis also regularly represents other corporate clients in matters involving contracts, business torts, and construction law issues.
