Summer Vacation Scheme
The summer vacation scheme is an excellent opportunity for you to experience life at Reed Smith and find out what it takes to be a Reed Smith lawyer.
The scheme runs twice each year and there are ten spots on each scheme. Once on the scheme you will have the opportunity to experience two mini-seats in the firm's wide variety of practice areas, plus take part in a range of skills sessions and social activities. You will also be offered the opportunity to interview for a training contract with us.
The scheme is aimed at penultimate and final year law students and final year non-law students.
Applications for the 2013 scheme are now closed, but will re-open for places in 2014 on 1st November 2013.
Our application form has been designed to assess your research and analysis and commercial awareness skills, amongst others, and gives you the opportunity to really show off your knowledge and abilities. The form will get you thinking about and using the skills you will need as a trainee and we would highly recommend that you start your application in good time so that there is no time pressure before the deadline.
