Support Staff
Why Reed Smith?
With offices from coast-to-coast in the US, as well as in Europe, Asia and the Middle East, Reed Smith is known for its experience across a broad array of industry sectors. We offer the opportunity to be part of a team supporting the provision of global legal advice to some of the world’s largest banks and companies.
London is the largest of the Reed Smith offices with around 600 staff. Since April 2009, our entire London team has been located in a single, brand-new flagship building: The Broadgate Tower. We are delighted to be occupying the top twelve floors and the move is a key part of our commitment to providing the best possible working environment for our people. Consistent with the firm’s strategy, the London office has grown significantly over the last five years.
The firm places an emphasis on listening to its people and incorporating their ideas wherever possible. This has developed an inclusive and open culture within the firm. In addition to regular firm and departmental events, our state-of-the-art staff dining facility - ThirtyOne - provides a fantastic location with amazing views of the City of London in which staff can get together over an informal lunch or coffee throughout the day. Our initiatives on diversity and pro bono work have won awards and plaudits. In 2008, Legal Business named us Corporate Social Responsibility Law Firm of the Year. We encourage a relaxed atmosphere with a business casual dress code. We are open in communicating business progress and financial information. We want all our staff to enjoy a friendly, approachable, responsible working environment to enable everybody to reach their maximum potential.
