Vicki is an associate in the Life Science Health Industry Group, practicing in the area of health care regulatory law. Her work encompasses a range of regulatory, litigation, corporate, and contractual matters, with a particular focus on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement issues. Vicki has assisted branded and generic pharmaceutical manufacturers in state investigations and litigation involving reported pricing data and reimbursement under Medicaid programs. She also has assisted long-term care providers in administrative proceedings related to Medicare reimbursement of bad debts before the Provider Reimbursement Review Board (PRRB). She has supported clients in matters related to regulatory due diligence as well as with fraud and abuse issues, including analyzing health care arrangements under the Anti-Kickback and False Claims laws and evaluating corporate integrity agreement compliance. Additionally, Vicki has experience assisting with government investigations, particularly focusing on clients' needs for analysis and assessment of the Quality Assurance and Assessment (QAA) privilege.
